Was great! I was worried that there would be a bunch of kids yelling during songs but crowd was really respectful and quiet. She had some interesting tidbits to add and I liked the performative art vibe that shes gives off. I find her studio work to be...slightly...disconnected but live it really translates well.

I ended up going and also was pleasantly surprised by everyone's behavior. Good mix of parents and teens, college and 20's, and old moldy elder Millennials such as myself. Bonus was we got to sit the whole time but then stand for the 2 song encore. I wish every show was at Kings now that I don't have to cross two rivers to get there anymore, it's gorgeous.
Anyone who went to Nation Of Language, what time did they go on?
Somewhere between 9 and 9:10. The posted time at the venue said 9, but I think it was a bit later because it was 9:10 when I looked down at my phone during the first song.

So I might be slipping in my old age but at Bowery Ballroom now and did not realize Khruagbin announced (and most likely promptly) sold out three nights here in later this month. Also didn’t hear anything about the supposed sold out Bleachers show here on Wed.

Yeah, I got in on the sale for that, but tickets were expensive - over $100 each, if I recall correctly - and I couldn't bring myself to drop that for a Bowery Ballroom show.
