I wouldn't expect him to do any jail time, either, unless, maybe, a prosecutor wants to run for higher office.
good thing with this administration, and prosecutors in florida specifically, they will take the sweetheart deal for the Pres' friends and end up with a cabinet position.
Nothing says 1% like stopping in Miami for a handjob while on your way from Boston to Kansas City
I believe he has a residence in the Palm Beach area, in addition to the one in Mass. Regardless, he's still going out of his way to get to Jupiter and have this done.
There's a lot of people though who don't really see a problem with what he did, which is kinda fucked. If it was fully consenual, fine. But it doesn't seem to be fully consenual based off what we know - so not fine.
Turns out Kraft isn't the only Boston area billionaire to have been wrapped up in this scandal either. Iirc, some hedge fund type from Waltham was another of the 25 indicted.

If you're a billionaire you can afford any escort you want. Seems odd that him and the other billionaire seemed set on this particular place, and like you said the fact that this place was using trafficked women is a big problem and disgustingly pathetic.

He probably felt like he owned these women, and that was part of the thrill.
I'm not sure why else he would fly to Florida on the morning of his wildly successfully football team playing a very-meaningful but easily lose-able game in the Midwest.
Watching the Patriots is a tradition. Get together on Sundays with the (gf's) family and watch the Pats. Sometimes have friends over to watch the Pats. Watch at home if it's Thursday or Monday.
Been a Patriots fan for like 20 plus years now. Being a Pats fan with a conscience is realizing you're in a shit relationship but there's enough benefit to keep putting up with it for a while longer. The debate becomes, if/when to say enough?

do you think he gets Donald Sterling'ed?
Imo, being involved with sex trafficking is FAR worse than being racist.
Like if this was any mid tier player they'd be out of the league in a heartbeat, if it was an elite player they'd suspend him, "gather all the facts", and then probably blacklist them for some time after, but eventually resign. if this is your coach you fire him immediately if his name isn't belichik.

He'll probably just take a step back and have his son take the reigns, at least publicly. NBA players put pressure on the league to remove Sterling. NFL players have much less power and don't seem to care about this all that much so far. I agree that it is morally more reprehensible to keep what are essentially sex slaves than to tell your girlfriend not to have sex with black men, but the league politics of this are much softer. Also, Roger Goodell sucks and will suck it up on this issue, I'm sure.
At least Maddog's team pulled off the win. I'll never forgive Garrett for that punt in OT. Should have been fired on the spot.
You did. That’s another game where the blatant head shot on Kamara should have been called. We owned y’all for a long time, but y’all have got several of the recent ones. But it didn’t matter. We got to within a hair of the Super Bowl. We admittedly haven’t won a championship in a while either. But I like our chances to be back in the mix more than I like yours.
A league investigation revealed that Williams began the bounty system soon after he arrived in New Orleans, after Payton charged him to make the Saints' defense "nasty." Players usually earned $1,000 for "cart-offs" and $1,500 for "knockouts" during the regular season (though payments were known to triple during the playoffs), though they were encouraged to put their winnings back into the pot in order to raise the stakes as the season went on. The investigation also found that Payton tried to cover up the scheme, and that linebackers coach Joe Vitt, whom Payton had assigned to monitor Williams (the two reportedly did not get along), knew about the broad lines of the scheme and did nothing.

Yall fired Payton, too? Right?
No. He got suspended for a year and banned from talking with anyone associated with the NFL. He holed up in a hotel room downtown for about a year. He knew what was up according to the NFL and didn't do anything about it or tried to cover it up. Whether that was ultimately true or not remains unclear. All we know is that multiple teams had bounties that year. We got made examples of. And all players who sued the NFL won their cases. Coaching didn't have the legal avenues because of their contracts don't provide that avenue in disputes. It's commissioner is dictator and final say. Again, all I can tell you is that Vilma, Fujita and Hargrove (I think was the 3rd) all got their punishments thrown out in court and were exhonerated.
Also, Saints all time are 12-17 vs. Cowboys. However, Cowboys won 11 out of the first 12. We've gone 11-6 since. We've won 9 of the last 12.
yall have most of the pieces it'll take for him to be successful. good oline, good running game, good defense to keep you in games.
Need the o-line to be healthy this year. That group + Fournette were trash last season.
There was a lot of shit on the field last year, but this has to be the best qb signing by the Jaguars since Mark Brunell imho. Bottles, Garrard, Leftwich, Gabbert, Henne, Quinn, Martin, etc.
