yea i would have gone to Cat Power this past Saturday. It was a shame the show was cancelled. Instead I went to Good Records to check out a free show of Black Angels.
Here's hoping the mavericks bounce back tomorrow. I don't know what the hell happened in the 2nd half of game 1. At least the Stars made it to round 2.

so i just found out that atmosphere is going to be playing emos in austin next fri and sat (5/02 and 5/03), and seeing as how i just bought their newest album and am liking it i will more than likely be catching one of the two shows...anyone down

My opinions. I snuck into Atmosphere after Interpol at Palladium Loft last year and it was awesome. Gas prices will be a bitch this summer, at least I am not driving to California again this year. The Mavs have been sucking horribly so far. I saw Buddy Guy 3 times in the past 2 years and he always kills it. I skipped the last show so I wont get burned out. DFW has had 3 major tornado spawning storms 3 weeks in a row.

Right now I know of around 10 - 12 people going to bonnaroo from Fort Worth. My group of 5 or 6 and some of my friends group of friends are going. I came across a chick talking about going to Bonnaroo this year at a bar, and that spawned a massive conversation about how awesome Bonnaroo is. We might convoy together, but I think they want to leave Tuesday and we are going to leave Wednesday night.
I know a few people on here have bought tickets for the Raconteurs next weekend. Well, I finally decided to go, and went to buy my tickets and they were 43 dollars! Yikes! I could have sworn when I looked the other day they were 25? Am I just on crack or were they once at 25? Sorry for the weirdness of this question I'm just really confused.... ???

i plan on leaving wednesday night as well. i was thinking of sending out a bulleting on the myspace page about meeting up somewhere around 30...i think someone said they lived right at the intersection of that and 35, so that would be perfect

Yeah that's exactly what I said too. I would pay 25 but 43 is really pushing it. I'll just wait til Bonnaroo!
yea. the first litter is a lab/border collie/chow mix aka mutt and the other litter is all mutt i have no idea what they are. i'll be back in a sec with some pics. i'm partial to the first litter b/c my dog is the momma that and they're so cute.
Ohh they are so cute! My friends parents just bought a house that we're all living in next year, and they haven't decided if dogs are going to be allowed, so I will talk to them about it and get back to you!
