J. Cole has announced the first annual Dreamville Festival, which will take place Sept. 15 in Raleigh, NC at Dorothea Dix Park.
General Admission and VIP passes will go on sale to the general public on April 30, and tickets will cost $59 and $99, respectively. The full lineup is expected to be released in the coming weeks.
