Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Therr is also still a little availability on Sticklinch and Worthy View for those interested. There seemed to have been a big refund for those. Looked way easier to book compared to the 2019 sale.
I wonder how many people got screwed on the water bottle bug and if See/Glastonbury will fix it and sell them a ticket regardless.
See Tickets already on it. People getting emails that are confirming their ticket orders. They totally know they messed up and are helping everyone that got the error. Cause lots of people had also selected ticket protection and only got charged that which is rather odd because you couldnt purchasr that on its own.
"We're writing regarding your Glastonbury Festival 2022 order reference .......... Due to a technical error your festival tickets were not allocated correctly during the booking process, and as a result you have not yet been charged for your tickets.
We will contact you within the next 7 days to add the payment for your tickets to your order"
Our internet has been out all week so we couldn’t try in the coach sale. Debating if we are trying in the tickets only sale….
I've been perfecting my Glasto technique for 9 years now, and will take the specifics with me to my grave. But always happy to help others get tickets!
If anyone that wasnt taking a coach and looking at train journeys, GWR opened up bookings to the festival. Just have to book to Castle Cary station. The return ones likely come next week.
Somebody got banned. It wasnt me at least. And multiple people had their aliases revealed and how theyve just created conversations with themselves. And the forum mod aired out some dirty laundry. thats about it.
Hopefully stage announcements start next week, its about the right time for that to get going.

Forum mod threatened to start pulling people's IP addresses and calling their bosses at work* feels like an important distinction.

To add on a bit - my understanding is that Matt, a frequent and occasionally contrarian poster, was accused of knowing that another user had multiple accounts and didn’t tell Neil, the admin. Neil called Matt a “cuck” with 100% seriousness and doubled down when called out, and THEN threatened to get Matt fired from his job. When called out about that he also doubled down, insinuating that because he gets ad money from eFests, it’s basically his job and that any potential trolling drives away “customers”, potentially affecting his income. (Others informed him this also makes him look crazy and could also drive away customers and he seemed to,uh, not care about that.)
it seems also that other people (including Neil himself!) knew this user was creating alts and didn’t say anything, which really makes this look like Neil getting petty revenge on Matt because he just doesn’t like him very much. Throughout this, Neil has been extremely cagey about how other users could avoid getting banned for similar reasons, which also does not seem like a great way of getting people to stay on your site. Also worth pointing out: this shit lasted for like 8 hours lol
Neil was always a bit of a contrarian oddball. And then covid happened, as did life-changing injury... Ah well, hope he chills out a bit before he takes the forum down with him. Because there's some decent chat to be had there, especially as we get closer to the festival. 10 and a bit weeks, oh my.
The web traffic is more than just Glastonbury talk. It covers pretty much any european festival along with all the uk ones. Also he created a paid membership system which removes the ads and plenty of people fork the money over cause they wanna keep the forum running.
Anyway, nice day to start announcements. Probably a couple each week from now til the end of May.
