3rd down from the Cure would be cool. Some chatter about the 1975 subbing that day as well. Could be a fun run depending what else is on
I'm still torn on The Cure vs Janelle Monae. I think I'm gonna end up at Janelle on West Holts to end the weekend.
Wouldn't be able to pass up on the Cure honestly. I'll be as close as possible too.
So you know: JM is playing in London on July 2 just after the festival if you stay around London. I might get tickets for that yet but I still need to get a Metallica ticket and a Foals ticket for before the festival so I'll be pretty tapped.
Thinking about doing Metallica as well and then hopping on a 1am bus afterward to Stonehenge for the solstice sunrise, lol. Has anyone here ever done the summer solstice at Stonehenge? Trying to decide between that and just seeing it on a "normal" day.

Going to see it on the way back to London after the fest : )
eFests seems to be pretty confident that Stormzy, The Killers, and The Cure will headline the Pyramid, and The Streets, The Chemical Brothers, and Tame Impala are headlining The Other, with Janelle Monae and Hot Chip headlining West Holts two of the nights.
If these hold true, I'll probably end up skipping Stormzy and The Killers for Tame and Chem Bros, and hit up Janelle instead of The Cure on Sunday. I thought I'd hate the idea of opposed headliners but with this uninspired bunch on Pyramid, I'll gladly take other options.
Also, the efests account confirmed Two Door Cinema Club is subbing Other one night.
What's the best time to arrive on the Wednesday? Eyeing a 12:15 arrival via coach. How long are the queues to get in, etc?
Our Coach from London gets in at 6pm on Wed...I've heard that if you're there before 2pm on Wed you should have no problem getting your choice of camping spots. Also, doesn't coach drop-off have its own entry? I'd assume the lines would be shorter than the lines of the people who drove by car.

We got there by coach around 3 PM Wednesday. Coach has its own entry. No line. Walked right in. Plenty of places to set up. The only restricting element is how far you can drag your heavy as shit gear.

What were your camping essentials that you brought with you? We're only going to each have a backpack and a tent, trying to carry as little as possible since we're purchasing most of our stuff in the UK and we won't be able to bring it back on the flight.

I had a framed backpack and a duffel bag with an REI lightweight tent. Bought everything else there. They have anything you can need. Pretty decent prices too.
An EZ up recommended ?? Whenever I look at pictures of camping I see them but not as many as you normally would
– Please do not take up too much space when setting up camp. And please, please do not bring a gazebo. They needlessly take up valuable camping space (and there are plenty of more interesting places to sit at the Festival than just outside your tent).
Has anyone done Box Office Collection before? Flying to the UK from LAX about 9 days before the festival and 1) not sure they'll arrive in time 2) not sure I wanna worry about losing them while traveling aroud England for a week.
