Are there rules that apply aside from that the two parties have to agree?
”8) Trades are allowed. All participants must verify the terms of the trade. (Note: Trades are subject to dispute. In the even that a trade is believed to be unrealistically lopsided, a participant can call for a poll on the validity of said trade.)”
Basically we have final say as to whether or not this trade would make mardude way too stacked
cdevaney May I suggest updating the OP to include the # of participants and rounds so the non drafting voters know more context?
Done.
TY! as an outsider looking at past polls I hated having to take the time to go into the thread for the context needed, I feel the outsiders can make a better educated vote now

In the past I have been accused of trying to sway a poll by how it was worded so now I try to keep them as simple as possible without trying to explain either side.
Also keep in mind the fests with Radiohead have been crushing. Even in the best fest of 17 and international fest of 17. I'd imagine a lot would have had to be traded therefore I didn't offer. So what if someone did.
The trade obviously wasn’t lopsided because both parties agreed. This is like complaining that a 10 shouldnt be allowed to have sex with a 6. Let consenting adults do what they want.
I think eleven of the first 360 picks for the #13 pick is excessive. (Edit: plus the fifteen he already had gives him twenty-six of the first 360.) The way the rule is written, that's the only criteria to consider.
That said, the impetus for the rule was to prevent someone who is checking out of the draft from tanking and throwing their support behind another player and I don't think that that's what's happening here.
The way the rule is written leaves some room for interpretation so I can see why people have an issue with it. To me, would only consider blatant game throwing as excessive, and that doesn’t seem to be the case here.

Why are we posting gifs of acts who haven't been drafted?
