I've gone back and forth but I've settled on a no on this. Because of the exclusivity rules there just isn't enough materiel for this to be a separate act.

There aren't any exclusivity. Rules
Of course there is, you can draft the same act twice. It may not exist as defined in previous drafts but there still is some form exclusivity
14) If an artist performs both solo and with a set band, then when one is drafted all iterations are off the table. For example, if Prince is drafted then Prince and the Revolution is off the table. However if Neil Young is drafted then Neil Young & Crazy Horse is off the table but not Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.
