I voted no originally because I felt the pick was too far out there for the theme of the draft. I changed it to yes for this draft because I figured it qualifies under the rule because he did exist. It's just a matter of personal belief as to what he means being there. For some people, I'm sure the idea would be a big deal. For others, it would be a neutral or even negative pick, so it balances out.
