The Wall was always my favorite but I kind of wrote off Dark Side as the “basic” favorite but there are just too many parts in the album that get me every time for it not to be my favorite. The first instrumental part of Breathe, the part in Times solo when the choir comes in, the sax part in Money, the choir parts in Us v Them, etc.
Yall keep talking up your lineups when it's pretty much just us in the thread.
Just like last time, I expected a lot more participation and questions from people who're not participating. Like I geniuly would love to talk about it, explain stuff or introduce some artists that people aren't that really familiar with for some people but just like last time it's again about the top names..
Bing, I think you have a fine lineup, I just don't think having a top 3 you can see today has the same value as a lot of the other lineups where you're seeing top 3's that are all either deceased or disbanded.

You exactly prooved the point I made quoting Pablo. Festival's are more than just the headliners alone. Having or not having an inactive band at the top of your line up doesn't necessarily make your line up better or worse. If I had ABBA instead of Roger Waters.. Would that be an improvement for my festival?
edit: You're also forgetting that every band drafted is playing at their peak in their careers, for some bands that means right now but for some other bands that's just different, like The Who you're probably hinting at.

I'll take any questions regarding my lineup. Any names that you're not familiar with, would like to know more? I'll hit you up with links.
Just a quick note, look at my daily lineup poster. All days are kinda themed (with the exception of late nights of Fridays & Saturdays, where the focus is more electronic music), so if you like R.E.M. and Doves for example, there is a great chance that you'll like the other bands that you're not familiar with (if any) that day.
Running times of the festival:
Thursdays: 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM Fridays: 3:00 PM - 6:00 AM Saturdays: 12:00 PM - 6:00 AM Sundays: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM Mon-Tue-Wed (superjams/compilations): 09:00 PM - ?
The festival will have two stages, so there's always going to be some music playing.
The venue is a secret warehouse in Brooklyn, NYC, so it won't be affected by any thunderstorms etc.
One final note: 4 of the 6 late nights will end with ambient sets from Stars of The Lid, William Basinski, GAS, and Prurient - a great way to finish each of these days in my opinion.
