I’m from lives hometown and have never not enjoy them
And then there’s just a plethora of things that I have never seen but would not mind seeing. It’s weird for me to be able to go to a festival and see a bunch of new stuff but technically there’s a lot of new stuff that I’m going to see

It looks like this thing is set up to sell more individual day tickets. Oldies on Friday, mostly current Pop Rock Saturday, and 90’s throwbacks on Sunday.
No judgment here. I'm going to Florida Man Music Festival which is near identical to the Saturday of this, except with Weezer instead of Panic at the Disco (and no Sublime)

If it makes you happy, do it. There isn’t a ton of shit I want to see there but I could probably find a few acts each day to see. Sugarhill Gang and Shelia E on Friday, Sublime, Dirty Heads, Blue October, Merton, Delong Bob Moses and a couple smaller acts on Saturday then 311 and Crystal Method on Sunday plus more to be added. That’s probably worth the current price of 130/2 days and 160/3 days. If you like the other stuff like Panic at the Disco, The Jackson’s, YtG, CWK, Live, Matt & Kim, 3rd Eye, Everclear and shit, it’s probably even considered a value buy.
This thing was not bad as a matter fact it was pretty fun
Not so much of a festival as Almost one of those radio station birthday shows if only it went a little longer and there was two of them running concurrently. On a beach. With some fest food
That said it was well run easy to get into not overcrowded easy to get back-and-forth between stages not too young.
It was snowing in Jersey the week before Riptide so two days of modern and 90s rock on the Fort Lauderdale beach for $120 was a no brainer. I could do this festival every year.
Would that sound better as it’s almost as bad as Firefly? No one is denying they could find some acts to see at both. But I don’t think “good” factors in to Firefly. It reached the depths of Hangout Festival this year.
