Frank Ocean, Lana, and FKA Twigs would get me back. It wouldn't even matter what the rest of the lineup looked like, if I had any money, if I'm supposed to work. I'd drop everything for those three together right now.
Mostly educated guess and a little bit of wishful thinking at this point:
Tool - Tame Impala - Vampire Weekend Dolly Parton - Travis Scott - The 1975 - Lana Del Rey M83 - The Highwomen - City and Colour - Blood Orange - DIIV

If Justin Timberlake doesn't play Coachella I could see him doing the Live Nation festival circuit. Someone from AC Ent told me before Roo 2015 they tried to book him for that year.

Not that they were likely or anything, but SOAD is playing a slew of shows in Europe in June. Maybe since they're more active next year they'll play Exit 111.

Taylor Swift just announced a series of Euro festival shows, beginning 6/20, as well as 4 “Lover Fest” stadium shows in MA and LA. The announcement says additional festival and international dates to come.
She specifically calls out playing festivals in support of this album in the press release. Seems like she might be on the radar for Roo with those dates.

you have 6 acts that wouldn’t be outside the top 4.

Those shows are being billed as her only US dates.
what i’m wondering is if the lover fest shows are going to sell out then taylor swift announces a coachella date and possibly more festivals dates because she’s in demand. if she does play festivals next summer the tennessee connection is certainly there with her and bonnaroo and i just hope that a female headliner convinces dolly to play.
EDIT: completely didn't realize that one of the lover fests in la. makes her very unlikely for coachella i'd assume.

Link to Lover fest shows in NY, liar?
Sorry for the error, hope it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience.

I’m thinking Taylor would be an automatic number one unless they get McCartney. So if they decide to still get a legacy act, I could see them getting one that could take a hypothetical number 3 spot like The Cure. How about Taylor Swift • Travis Scott, Chance The Rapper, or Tyler, The Creator • The Cure • Tame Impala • Vampire Weekend • Lizzo

Some wonky billing (Ex. The 1975). And you’ll need to add Vampire Weekend as they’re the most likely of anyone to play next year.
Also, unrelated question. Does Tipper play with a live band? Would they/he play The Other or be in a tent?

Where did she say no other US shows? My wife is a fan and got the email announcing Lover Fest and the overseas festivals. In that email it states more shows to be announced.
