It's centered around the Bash Bros of the Oakland A's: Mark McGwire and Jose Canseco. They did the first song live or something before. I recognized it. I woke up in the middle of the night last night and put it on and watched some before I fell asleep again. It's very specific and I'm not sure it's for me, but good for them doing something so weird. I'll get back to it later tonight.

I hope it means that they work with Netflix and randomly drop these short "visual poems" about different topics every now and then. I don't think it'll be very often since it takes time and work to put together the music and visuals but I'd love to see another one next year or something.
Also hoping them working with Netflix (they also produced I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson) leads to Netflix giving them the rumored MacGruber TV show. It could be like what they did with Wet Hot American Summer.
Sterling K Brown visuals with Sia vocals.. Ok, yeah.
"Walk in the party with my dick in my hand. Straight to the bathroom with my dick in my hand."
This is originally from..
Cocaine, a pre-SNL TLI track, which was originally mythologized as a song by a group called Party Andersons, a made-up band that the Dudez supposedly met who handed them a tape containing this song. Along with Ardy Party..
it's one of the better songs that nerds like me were into when they were still cool(?)
Oh and there's Awesometown, too..
Don't watch the Fox cut with the laugh track. It's even worse.
And they did a bunch of other good shit back then, too.
But anyway, yeah. Good stuff.
I also like that Akiva is in the front of the camera here. He's sorta my favorite, and a lot of time he's in the director role.
I'm glad to hear that the Netflix special aka, possible more "official music - some that'll probably get promotionally played at the show - is good. It makes me actually feel like they may take time to rehearse before the show
Wanted to remind everyone that Princess (their Prince cover band) is playing the festival Sunday, what is the over/under they play this song during the show.. I think the 2/1 over let's go with... T-Pain showing up.

I’m about 90% certain Maya Rudolph will be involved/brought out in some capacity.

Too bad they cut the show down to an hour. Their set last night was 25 songs long!
We could be surprised, by A) A specific production setup to blaze through songs B) A possibly longer set due to Bash Brothers and nothing behind them on the roster on the stage

This was a lot of fun. The crowd was massive and some people pushed up a lot (why lol) but the production value was high and they played everything I wanted to hear and even brought out Chris Parnell. The costume changes were cool and the show was really Bonnaroo specific at times. Not sure where I’d rank it (for sure top 10) but probably the most fun I had.
I doubt this, but I read that they actually went to Plaza 2 afterwards to take pics and sign autographs.
Think they only had their marketing team hand out shirts
Correct! Shirts handed out and pics for social media but the guys weren’t there! What a great fun time that was! Made it about halfway up and to the right for the show! Most fun I’ve had at a set. Not the best music or show but most laughable fun!

I screamed/squealed when they actually played Ras Trent and literally no one around me knew it definitely not the "best" set of the weekend, but very possibly my favorite
