We actually picked sides and tried to fight them, but it was a boring battle. We basically just had a pen in the living room built out of cardboard and they hung out while we ate their brothers and sisters.
My west coast friends were amazed when we told em about what a crawfish boil was. Some didn't even know what a crawfish is.

we don’t have Kristy Kreme anymore (RIP you magnificent bastard), but we had a Duck Donuts open up recently. It’s a real problem. We ordered a half dozen twice in one week.
I've never had an Amish donut. Not a huge fan of donuts. Pretty meh on the Amish, as well.
I was told rule #5 at bonnaroo is get an Amish donut. I followed that rule and God damnit it was delicious.
I would like to try one, but the line is so long!
The only thing I make sure to get when I go to Roo is that Cajun stand over by Which. Really great hush puppies, and they had gator poboys one of the years I went, maybe 2016. Someone on r/Bonnaroo said their jambalaya was great and that was why I went the first time, but I thought it was relatively mediocre compared to the other things I've had there.

Oh ok. Yeah idk why I figured there would be, I guess since they're such a hot commodity, but I suppose donuts are one of those things people just crank out. I kinda thought people would buy a bunch up and try to sell them for a profit to people in line lol

That's the problem with doing a donut eating contest at roo vs home. Sugar coma at home, all good just go to sleep. Sugar coma at roo you ruin your whole day.

The quality of yeast donuts at Dunkin (and to a lesser degree Honey Dew) has seriously declined in recent years. Tastes stale all the time. I primarily just get cake donuts now.
Krispy Kreme, never had this issue. However, the nearest one now is in a casino almost an hour away.
