Y’all are the only threat this season, but it’s just a Minor Threat. Tampa and Atlanta have underperformed what I expected of them both. You’d think Tampa is just struggling in this transition era for them, and you figure they will get better. Atlanta is a mystery as they legitimately suck. You look at that team and coaching staff and there’s no way are they as bad as the Bengals, Dolphins, Jets or Redskins, but there they are. This brings me great joy, but you have to figure this is one of their two Super Bowls this season. We need to step on their throats early and put them away.
We will probably split the season, because you will be playing against our backups in Week 17.
Yeah I think theres a big difference between someone like flacco who was clearly washed, and at his peak wasn't nearly as good, and cam who I think most agree is just an injury thing.
He's not terribly elite at this point and if they think they can get similar production out of Allen then I think they'll make the switch.
Also just watch the first 8 or so games of the 2018 season.
Honestly, I have zero interest in watching a Carolina Panthers game from over a year ago, especially as a guide to how Cam Newton might look in ten months after several injuries.

Well then honestly? Your opinion on the topic is worthless. A foot injury has nothing to do with throwing mechanics, but sure go with david newton's opinions on things that guy always nails it 100%.

Alrighty then.
I'm not sure of who David Newton is, though. Also, didn't Cam have a shoulder injury last year?
Armstead has the flu, and Peat got injured. Our left side is a sieve. Brees sacked the most in his career. They are kicking our ass but we see them again on thanksgiving. We also lost Lattimore. Tough day for us
I mean yeah. But Falcons played one of their Super Bowls and beat our ass at home. That doesn’t happen often. You heard FOX say that the last time a 1-7 team defeated a 7-1 team was 2003. Shit happens, but we should be okay. It sucks to get that loss because we were on the 49ers asses. Credit to the fucking Falcons for the win.

Division games are a paradox man, the dirty birds had very few moments this season to fight for and a W today probably tops the list. Injuries are seemingly the only reason they pulled it off.
It’s part of it, but they were short and lost a couple guys too. So there are no excuses. They won. We go to 7-2 and have our next 3 in the division. You’re right about division games though. We hate them, they hate us. It’s been that way since the 1970s. Anybody can win those no matter what the records are. Patriots are one of the few exceptions to that paradox
Russell feels like run away MVP right now I don't think it's close.
Lamar and Deshaun are at least close.
Lamar more so than Deshaun, but yeah, Wilson is in the driver's seat. I saw a graphic yesterday about how Dalvin Cook is ahead of AP's numbers from his 2012 MVP year in most important categories. That was the first time I have heard him mentioned with MVP talk though.

Be careful there, though. Adrian Peterson actually started off as just a normal good RB that year. After week 6 is when he went absolutely insane. I remember because I traded Andre Johnson and a lower tier WR for Adrian Peterson straight up after week 7 or so, and from then on he just went insane.

Oh for sure. I was curious about that as players don't tend to produce at a static rate throughout the season. I don't think Cook is a serious MVP contender which is why I took more notice of it.
