General Info: Sarah Grace McLaughlin, known by her stage name Bishop Briggs, is a British musician and singer-songwriter. She is best known for her single "River". She released her debut album Church of Scars in April of 2018. She took her stage name from her parents' home town, Bishopbriggs, Scotland. Live Show: I saw her at Hangout Fest a couple of years ago and was blown away. Big, powerful, soulful voice. Very energetic on stage, jumps and dances around and gives her all on every song and leaves it all on the stage, Engages with the audience a lot. She is the show as her band is in the background.
Personal Notes: I work at CMT and we used her song "The Way I Do" in a promo for Nashville.
I am also very surprised she isn't a bigger star yet. The first time I heard her I was sure she would have hit after hit soon.
