Gonna start voting tomorrow evening-ish. I can take Synopsis whenever if anyone else wants to send one in. Also, any suggestions on what to do about ties during voting?
I think that this was an interesting experiment but I don't know that I like the infinity concept for TV or movie remakes.
It's hard to picture/market which era of an actor (or crew member, I suppose) is being utilized.
Some people are remaking classics which, with this concept, means replacing an cast that's already been established as near perfect and blowing it up. TMK, nobody cast the same person in their original role.
Personally, I tried to pick something that I felt was at least a somewhat forgotten classic and was eighty years old but I pretty quickly decided that it still didn't need to be remade, especially without Cary Grant. I'd argue that Rosalind Russell and Ralph Bellamy probably were peak casting as well, though I did feel good about swapping in Hepburn.
