Anyone use Will Call at the high school the last couple years, or having insight into the pick up process this year?
I bought a ticket from a friend, and we had an issue with a stolen debit card associated with a payment plan. The result is me having to go to will call. Frontgate Tickets we're no help whatsoever and will not ship, even with us still having time.
It's a bit of a bummer, so I need tacos and someone to reassure me that this isn't going to be a huge hassle. Planning on arriving Wednesday afternoon, and will call looks like it's open starting at noon.

never been to will call at bonnaroo but you'll be fine. now go have tacos for dinner tonight.
I also can offer no help about will call. But tacos make everything better. And not that shit at Taco Bell. Real ones from a truck where no one speaks English.
I think it's probably improved by now but I used to travel down with a friend who always had to pick up her media bracelet at will call. Seemed like traffic was a massive clusterfuck to get back to the line for the farm. Felt like a salmon fighting the current.
I still don't have any will call info, wanted to follow up and see how your TACO DINNER was.
Oh, fantastic. But I may be developing a serious addiction to cilantro. I used to hate the stuff because it seemed overpowering, but now I crave it and need more and more.

Do NOT, under any circumstances, watch the Netflix Al Madrigal comedy special on cilantro.

LOL, I had to look that up. I'm stuck being a part of that "collateral damage," since I'm behind on this year's garden and don't have any home-grown yet. I can blame Trump for one more thing if I catch hep. A or norovirus or whatever, I guess.

Yeah, that's something I'd really prefer to avoid. Was it at the high school then? I guess it's been there for a while, and some have said it isn't bad, but it used to be somewhere else that was worse, apparently. I'll try to get there a bit earlier than originally planned and hope that just means there will be a little time to kill in town or at the park.
Oh, yes, of course. And there's a fancy lettuce/herb blend with built-in cilantro at one of the local supermarkets, and it's delightful. Sometimes when making a wrap or intending to fix a salad only for myself I'll just eat a handful of that damn stuff. And with fresh green beans, cauliflower, and broccoli I tend to eat 'em right off the cutting board cause I'm like ODB - I like it raaawww.

Now I remember that it wasn't the high school it was some conference center type of place I think. I just sat in the car so it didn't stick with me. You're golden probs. Relax and go easy on the brown cilantro.
I have will call info if you still need it. It's at the conference center this year right off of the interstate behind holiday inn express. I wouldn't stress it..you about to be on the farm!
The website seems to say will call is still at the high school again, rather than the conference center. Sorry for the conflicting info. It might be best to email Bonnaroo directly. My sister is in the same boat and Front Gate was useless.
We did this one year at the high school. It was a pain—traffic, line wait times, etc., but this was years ago, I think 2012. I would say arrive at an off peak time, but it’s hard to say what’s off peak. Wednesday seems off peak if that’s when you go. Good luck!
Is There A Will Call/Box Office? Can Somebody Else Pick Up My Tickets For Me? Except for last minute purchases and international orders, all tickets will be shipped out prior to the festival. Under very special circumstances, some tickets will need to be picked up at Will Call before then. If that is the case, you will receive instructions on how and where to pick up your tickets.
***Tickets may only be picked up by the original buyer with valid photo ID.

My will call instructions from Superfly, says coffee county conference center with directions to get off at Murfreesboro and take HWYs to McMiniville and then reroutes you to Manchester. Before I got my info, I checked the website and did see that it was different. IDK maybe they haven't updated or maybe they have two will calls.

Does box office needs mean they can give you a will call wristband if you show up at 1 am to a tollbooth?
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.

I think so. That’s how I’m reading it. If you arrive between 12:01 a.m. and 7 a.m. early Thursday morning, you deal with will call there. That tracks with what they told my sister too, which was surprising. I never thought will call moved to the tollbooths at all, but things change!

Hmm, not sure what's up with the conference center, as that was the "old" location years ago, as I understand it. Both the Bonnaroo website and the info I got from Front Hate (including when they were very nice but useless on the phone) refer to the high school. That's where I'm going. Hopefully I make it there early Wednesday afternoon, as traffic in the area hasn't been bad then in my experience. After 5 or 6 all bets are off.
My street team supervisor confirmed that our will call tickets will be at the tollbooth as well, so I'm just gonna try to scoot in after midnight to avoid the hassle.

Will call was dope in 2022 - literally no line for at least a few hours early on Wednesday. I know it was wide open for a while because one of our tickets was from Propeller and they forget to send names with the number of tickets, or something like that, so it took a while. But the setup and staff were awesome and not at fault. They moved it outside so it was hot but I liked it better than inching around the gym as the line snaked back and forth forever.
