It seems like he's clearly catering to centrists and Republicans. The idea that all the current Republicans in office will work with the Democrats if Biden is elected is bullshit. So many of them need to lose their positions. McConnell and many others were complete assholes during the Obama admin. Why would they be different for Biden?
Fuck this. Trump is a disaster but Mitch and others are a main reason why we are here.
This is a pretty typical Democrat worldview since the 80s. Just centrist garbage and the world has suffered for it.

Biden is now claiming that if he is elected cancer will be cured, suggesting that if he doesn't get elected we can all just go ahead and die from cancer, I guess.

I saw this earlier and it made me so mad I couldn't even express the number of ways this is stupid.
Talk about big promises over actual policy. Jebus.

I saw two good replies to this story:
1.) "We'll cure cancer....but you won't be able to afford it"
and
2.) "Don't need medicare 4 all if there are no diseases"
I don't buy this. This is basically saying "any blue will do."
Only the top third.
Edit: Think of the silver lining. If more polls keep showing this, that undermines the 'Vote for Biden, he's the only one that can beat Trump' argument that some have been making.
How does having a "strong economy" actually help people who are struggling paycheck to paycheck?
It doesn't. But Fox News keeps telling them that 45 is great for the economy and Dems would wreck it. (And then comparing numbers to when Obama took office like the financial collapse didn't happen on W's watch.)

I'm so shocked we called this month's back. He's cutting back on most campaign staff....unless it looks like Biden can't when. Lol
This billionaire fuck who's a Dem donor was willing to risk giving the election to Trump over the American people getting any sort of progressive policy maker.
This country will never change unless we force these corporatist out of power. Which, looking at the American people, it will never change in time. So have fun watching it all burn I guess.

Yeah he's trying to hold the primary hostage. Fortunately he's not compelling in the least and got zero traction.
Also, I saw someone make the point on Twitter that if Biden loses the nomination there's not really any reason to think there would be an appetite for Schultz.
Also, I think he's just as likely to pull NeverTrump Rs as Dems. But in the end, I doubt he runs regardless.

It's never really been about if he would be a spoiler or not, at least to me. I think it's iffy but what little polling I've seen pointed to that being a possibility. Still, I think it's unlikely.
The lesson here is pretty simple. The donor class and/or elites have a vested interest in keeping the status quo. This isn't surprising in the least but Starfucks is standing there telling everyone this very basic fact. These people arn't backing Biden because they believe he's what is best for the American people. They are backing him because he's going to support their interests. Which arn't our interests. At least they shouldn't be if we put some thought into it. That's what wealth and power does. It allows you access across party lines so you always have a voice. It's one reason we've always got to except incremental changes. Because the elites hold all the cards no matter who's in control.
As to the bolded. I don't really agree with that point. Biden will drop down and I still believe will fuck it up, but he'll have plenty of hardcore support. That's enough to make a different in a spoiler situation. Plus, you don't have to support Biden to buy into Schultz' shtick. So even if I think it's unlikely, Biden losings doesn't erase this possibility.
I watched the clip last night. Not shocking at all. I mean, hello Mueller investigation. One the other side of the isle though, love that Fox has excuses and comments.
If the Kochs are going to start spending on Democrats now, is it safe to assume Biden is shitty enough to take their money?
I don't think any Dem could take Koch money and survive. Unless Biden wants to do the Schultz/Independent thing, but he's establishment DNC through and through.
