FLL is only 35-40 minutes away from Miami. Would be like a $30 Uber each way

I don’t think so, but the Tri-Rail will take you directly from FLL to MIA if I remember correctly. From there you can take the Metrorail into different metrorail to close to wherever your lodging is, unless you book lodging west of ~57th Ave W or directly on the beach.

If I remember correctly, they don't even use all of Mana. Just about half. If they over sold enough to be over capacity for all of Mana + the parking lot, that means they got really greedy.
