Do these companies really benefit that much by not giving people at least 1-2 days to plan stuff with their group
They benefit by assuming a ton of people will be ok forking over $100 tomorrow and figuring out the rest later. Thats why a lot of the other fests with the $9.99 layaway sell out cause people dont gotta worry so much about their investment at the start. They want as many people with their foot in the door to begin with.
Yeah, as expected the new mask guidelines for Chicago are just like everywhere else and are going to be relaxed for fully vaccinated people in non-school/healthcare settings so it seems highly unlikely they’ll be required here.

I was back stage at a festival right before a Mudvayne set like 15 plus years ago and remember the guitarist just stomping on every flower in this little garden next to stage right before they went on. Don’t remember anything about the show itself, but that memory lives on in infamy.
