My mom has Amazon Music and it automatically adds anything you've bought on Amazon to your library going back forever so my mom's library is basically Hamilton, Sturgill Simpson, and then The Downward Spiral, Funeral and Ta Det Lugnt that she bought for me when I was like 14.
“Our affiliation of the Intersect Festival is clear in the contract that was signed by Black Madonna’s management team. “Amazon Web Services” was named in the contract five separate times, and throughout creative materials that were reviewed and approved. Regardless, we’ve decided to release her from her contractual obligation.”
So she was basically kicked out from the lineup? LMAO
Smart of Amazon to get ahead of the situation instead of waiting for her to release some long winded statement about why she’s against it, further extending this controversy. I’m sure Zach has plenty more artists he could ask.

not on twitter so much so i can't speak to The Black Madonna's politics or criticize the way she uses her platform, but she's an incredible DJ who knows her shit, and this festival is now poorer for her absence.
