Roo has been moved to June 17-20, 2021. Is Firefly going to be the same weekend?
It would be weird if they were the same weekend. I was planning on going to both next year, but obviously if they are at the same time, I'm going to choose the 20th anniversery of Bonnaroo. Maybe firefly will move up to the weekend before. It would be weird to not have a festival in the 2nd weekend of June.
Usually it's Gov Ball-Bonnaroo-Firefly-Electric Forest. But I guess everything is up in the air for next year.

Yea that's an interested development. I'm sure the headliners and their availability will heavily influence this. I think Rage is already out, which is pretty depressing.
It can remain pretty chilly in this area (at night at least) up until early June, so it'd be interesting if Roo and Firefly flipped weekends.
Firefly finally posted something via Facebook & Instagram that they are giving away Vip tickets through head count. First post about next Firefly but no Official dates yet.
Safe to say at this point with no dates even announced that 2021 is canceled. That being said, do we think the whole fest is dead in the water?

Possible but highly unlikely. At this point it'd have to be later October, or conflicting with every other festival in September. When they give the exact amount of fans to be allowed at Nascar Race in May it should give us a better indication of if a fest will even be possible in DE come the fall

It's only happening if it's allowed at the city and state level. Not that familiar with Delaware, but something tells me that it'll be deferred to 2022.
Dover hasn't stated yet if they will even allow fans in the stands for the May Nascar race so the likely hood that they allow Firefly to go off 4 Months later without serious capacity issues is extremely unlikely. The state has been pretty cautious through the pandemic
