Has anyone seen the maps on ebay that can save you hours of time by going on "backroads". Just wondering if anyone has purchased one of these. I myself will be taking the same route as last year even if I end up in BFE. Love IT. THX
This guy sells them every year. As a local, I'd say they are not worth it. If you're really interested in backroads you can use a regular map. The State Hwy Dept will close various roads come Thursday AM and this can shift any plans anyway.
But there is no real "secret" way to get right into Roo. But you may want a map handy if you feel adventurous.
Getting arrival tips from Inforoo will be more helpful than his map, IMHO.

we somehow lucked out during our first trip to roo and found a back road that DID get us straight into roo and put us a 20-25 minute walk from centeroo.

Im going to use my sense of direction and a lot of luck and will get there uhh, eventually. Long as I don't miss any show I don't really care when I get there.
