What I really want to know is how riot fest is going to remove all animal products from the venue
Last time he played they just had the vendors stop selling meat during his set. They posted signs stating meat sales were being cut off at like 7 that night.

I could not find any place within the link that was sent in the email. Would you be able to share it?
Apparently there is a link within a link on there. As much as they want to make it seem they wanna give you a refund, its Eventbrite we're dealing with here. The page does ask to confirm your tickets, so did you know scroll down?

Ended up logging into Eventbrite and clicked Contact the Organizer. Sent a message asking for a refund, hopefully that is sufficient.
If anybody doesn't wanna use their Saturday portion of their weekend pass or comes across a cheap day ticket holler at me, my girlfriend really wants to go see RTJ with some friends but I'll be at the dead

Luckily Riot Fest (and all of Slipknot's other dates) aren't for another 3 weeks, so we should be fine. But damn, this has been a roller coaster! We've already started seeing it, but I'm anticipating a lot of tour and festival cancellations for the fall. I'm also expecting to show up to Riot Fest and having a lot of day of cancellations or week of cancellations due to positive tests.
Does anyone remember if Lolla had any set cancellations due to covid?

Did the same thing at Firefly when he opened for McCartney. Saw both shows and they went off without any weirdness other than some people being pissed they couldn’t get meat for an hour and a half. Pretty good shows even though he’s an asshole.

There were 3 international acts that couldnt enter due to visa issues which are covid related of course. There were 2 artists iirc that cancelled the day before as they tested positive. Lolla was just saying “due to unforeseen circumstances” which is code for that even though I saw one artist post on their instagram and straight up say they had covid.
Slipknot still has to rehearse though which is going to be pretty difficult to do now.
1.6% fatality rate for his current condition is "fine"?
Aug 16th Gilloz Theater Springfield MO Aug 17th Grinders Kansas City MO Aug 19th Ogden Denver CO Aug 20th turns up sick day before fan expo
-Did he not test at those 3 shows since Covid has incubation period of 1-14 days with 5-6 day average? -Do Tests not work properly? Non-symptomatic testing is said to only be 50% accurate on "conspiracy" websites.(...yadda yadda false positives....yadda yadda tests retired 12/31/21) -Is he a super spreader to the front rows at small venues screaming his head off? -Where's the calls for contact tracing for everyone within 2 meters of him in the past week?
I'm sure he will be awesome at Riot and he sounded good doing a Knot song at a solo show this week. I just want to see some of you guys try to answer those 5 questions.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
hard to not feel bad for the festival organizers at this point. most of this is out of their control and they've just been crushed by so many more cancellations than most other festivals this summer/fall (so far)
