Random question and off topic but.... Can you upgrade a GA ticket to VIP by contacting the ticket company? The more I look at the lineup, the more I'm tempted to pull the trigger on a VIP upgrade. I'm waiting for the schedule to see what sets will be on the Which (the only VIP viewing area worth a shit), but I already bought GA.

Did they just charge the card the difference in price? Seems easier than trying to sell my GA and rebuy VIP...

YUP! We called and they just charged us the difference. I am not sure how it works with the car pass since you don't need to buy one with VIP. When I upgraded, they didn't have car passes.
Agreed, I’m stoked to hear “Good Thing” material live. Also the Khruangbin EP slaps. And I think “Beyond” might be my favorite corny song in a long time. That melody is just too fucking good.

Yeah I really like the EP with Khruangbin, I've been listening to that this morning! Good Thing is what I was listening to last night when I posted I thought I had listened to him before but I might have been thinking of someone else.
The Slow Rush has grown on me a lot. It's basically become my daily soundtrack. The themes of this album just line up so much with my life right now. It couldn't have been released at a better time. I'll likely be pitting for this show, and if the setlist is heavy on the new album I won't be mad at all.
Maybe I’m overly optimistic, but this quote from that article was reassuring. Overall the article seemed to say Bonnaroo culture was important and still a focus, as opposed to homogenizing it towards similarity to other LN events.
““Technically, my (new) role is senior director,” Capps said. “And a lot of that focus will be on maintaining the thread and continuity of Bonnaroo’s culture and the threads that have been integral to the success of the festival.”

Based on my email from last year, The Who Stage lineup got announced April 2. That general timeframe feels about right for years prior, too. We’ll see!

for my part i did some internet digging and i see vampire weekend is in asheville on friday, june 12. so they could play saturday but sunday seems more likely. IMO they'd be a fun lead-in for Lizzo if she ends up on Sunday.
