Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Show posters are a time honored tradition, and more acts are getting on the bandwagon for commissioning artists to make posters for individual shows.
So who do you think will have the best poster for sale at Bonnaroo 2020? Who will take your hard-earned $100 for a shiny foil edition? Who will be slangin signed variations for half the price of your Bonnaroo ticket?
1. Tool
Tool does individual posters for each tour stop and usually has a signed variation available for a steep premium. If we're lucky, we might get an Alex Grey!
2. Tame Impala
Tame also seems to do individual show posters, but I've yet to see them outside of a festival, os I'm not sure to what extent. If you cross your eyes a bit, you might even see a 3D image of Kevin Parker eating a vegemite sandwich.
3. Lana Del Ray
It seems like she's had some individual posters for shows before, but I don't know all that much about her tour info.
The NFR tour posters were kinda boring though...
I'll update with more later (maybe) but I'm phone posting, so this was hard enough.
Tool for sure, I can’t wait to drop $300+ for a signed one, holofoil or not. And I hope it’s done by Alex Grey, but I’ll be just as happy if it’s done by either Robbie or Adi Granov. I just want a signed Bonnaroo edition one with one of Adam’s cool doodles. Every year I went I’ve gotten a poster from Roo, 2013 and on. This year I’m gonna be broke buying another official poster and the Tool Bonnaroo special poster.
Primus probably takes my vote overall. They have such a wide variety of art styles when commissioning artists, that you never know what you're gonna get.

I skipped the signed copy when I saw them in '16 in Pensacola, but I just might have to pull the trigger for a Bonnaroo one.
Turkuaz has usually had signed posters as well at their shows, but I dunno what the deal is for this tour. I haven't seen any specific merch for it.
I will mention something for Tool posters at festivals, I’ve heard they don’t make the signed ones available until the day they play, so Thursday they might have their posters but not the signed ones until Friday. Don’t know for sure but my friend said this is how it was for two fests he’s been to with Tool, he also has three signed posters from them so I trust him.

ooooo a Remain in Light Turkauz poster would be cool to see, I hope they have those now too, I also hope they don’t for my wallets sake.

I'd be tempted to buy one as insurance and then just sell it (at cost, I'm not a monster) later if I got the signed one. After I missed the Shpongle Red Rocks poster entirely, I don't play around.
I had completely spaced on the concept of Tool having a special poster for Roo!! I was going to drop 300 at Memphis but I may just get an unsigned one there and save my funds for a signed one at Roo.

i'm pretty sure they released the list of artists theyre using on the upcoming leg, and iirc no alex
Lot's of great ones being posted in here, but Gizz is the one I'm gonna be looking out for at Bonnaroo.
Isbell could have a poster too, the one I got for his show with Father John Misty last summer is one of my favorites I have and Status Serigraph has done a lot for him

Not even really close to how cool some of these are, but the 1975 usually has some cool lithographs for sale. (Phone posting so idk how to share some of them)

You sort of beat me to it. I’m not sure which band will have the best poster, but I’m pretty sure it will be created by Justin Helton (Status Serigraph).
Because you're not linking an image, just the page. The artist website probably has a block of sorts on it, to make it harder to bootleg. You'd have to screenshot it and then re-upload to imgur or another image service.

Do you happen to know where they released this info at?
