So you want someone to trade something they've already picked in a higher slot for a lower pick with stipulations? I don't mind your male-only stipulation but one pick is not advantageous to anyone unless they want a pick badly and think it'll get taken before it gets back to them, and they want that act so badly they'd give up an artist they already have for it.
