why the fuck wasn’t Gigi in the bottom this week?! She failed the main challenge spectacularly and dressed as a red coat in a “stars and stripes” runway.
I also found both Widow and Jackie funny during the challenge.
Jackie's lip sync was the first one that actually made me feel something this season.
And I'm glad I'm not the only one getting a little tired of Gigi. She's BEAUTIFUL, but she's always a bit uptight/robotic... which is funny because she played a robot in snatch game lol
do you all usually watch live? we don't have cable but figured out that vh1 streams with my parents' directv login. there are a handful of us in here watching regularly, it might be fun to use the board chat room to watch together some time?

I try to watch live using a relatively unstable streaming site. Would we be able to do something with Kast?
first of all I WAS going to going to ask what the fuck has been up with the selection of lip sync songs this season but I guess I didn't realize that "Heart to Break" was Kim Petras's most popular song or that Alex Newell was on Glee, both of which make those picks make more sense. that being said I do kind of miss the days where 80% of the lip sync songs were random 80s songs.
also, while of course acknowledging that just about everyone did a great job this week, this is another week where Gigi really should've been in the bottom 2 imo!

Has anyone watched We're Here on HBO? I need to confirm how many tissue boxes to have at the ready before I watch it.
There's a few scenes in episode 2 that made me tear up involving one of the participant's grandpa, but it's not tugging at the heartstrings too much yet.

Especially when Gigi seemed all upset that the costume was made with Mom in mind. Glad Jaida brought up how important the superfans were to the show and their journey.
The latest episode of We’re Here was very emotional. Being from New Mexico and having a lot of friends just like the people highlighted this week really hit home. Eureka has also grown on me a lot, as I really didn’t care for her on Drag Race.
Also SO GLAD Gigi didn't win. I saw that she was almost disqualified from the finale because she used a studio for her "at home" lip sync. She'll be fun to watch on All Stars someday.
