Season 13 is moving at a glacial pace. At this point in season 8, we already had the top 4.
tbf they cut the budget in half for season 8 so they could do AS2, but I guess ironically AS2 being so massively successful is the reason why this show has a massive budget now that allows to do insanely long seasons like this AND all stars every year. So obviously we should blame season 8 for this season being shitty.
Oh, speaking of, All Stars 6 is going to be airing on Paramount+ (fka CBS All Access) so I guess it’s a good thing I never cancelled that after Big Brother finished last fall.

I guess I'll have to start it up again soon. They're going to have the challenge and maybe road rules on there too, if you're into that sort of thing. If I add like one more streaming service I'm going to seriously look into cutting out cable. I can't be paying for all this crap!
OMG when A'whora popped her shoulders I literally gasped. And her glittery mask makeup was stunning. So glad she finally got a win!
Also could not have been happier with Tayce sending SS home. Was really ready for that to happen weeks ago, and it was every bit as satisfying as I had hoped.
well since I'm back for the infinity draft I realized I should check on my thread baby over here.. so here are some thoughts about Drag Race 13 and Drag Race UK 2 in no particular order rambling off the top of my head...
UK is better than US right now, by a long shot. Kandy Muse is getting so much hate and I don't get it, and am especially upset how everyone is attacking her body and how she dares to show skin. Tamisha was just okay, I didn't get the hype, and she was 10x the bully that anyone else was yet acted like the victim. Symone is amazing and I'm rooting for her to win. Utica, I just don't "get", and I love me a quirky queen, but I hope she goes home soon. Why are the judges sleeping on Denali?? Elliott with 3 K's should of gone home already. Now, she was a mess, but I LOVE Tia Kofi, hope she comes back for a UK All-Stars with a better wardrobe. My current UK top 3 hopes are Lawrence/Awhora/Bimini, although I'm nearly certain Ru is going to crown Lawrence, which wouldn't upset me. Veronica was my #1 whomp whomp. Maybe the worst snatch game yet other than Bimini, who killed it.

Kandy is beautiful, I just am not a fan of her personality, maybe she's just not getting a good edit. I also don't get Utica. I thought her yellow look 100% should've been in the bottom instead of Symone. I agree with you about Denali! I don't know why they don't SEE her, she's so talented and beautiful. I've been waiting for Elliott to go home since day one.
Bimini is my fave UK queen. I spent an embarrassing amount of money to buy their merch because I just had to support and represent. A'Whora is a close second, SO glad she won last week. That shoulder pop has lived in my head every day since then.
Did anyone else skip the covid special? I'll watch it eventually, I just couldn't watch a whole episode on it right yet.
OMG I don't think I've ever been more heated about who went home! So sad the United Kingdolls are no more. Was SO hoping for a double shantay, especially because it feels like this season is whizzing by.
If Ellie makes it into the top 3 I will throw something, because I love the other 3 remaining queens and it feels like she just does the same thing every damn week. Pulling for Bimini for the overall win still.
seeing A’whora looking so defeated during critiques was heartbreaking. If you told me week 1 that I’d be routing for her and Bimini at this point, I’d have been shocked.
I'm glad Awhore was eliminated last night tbh, but I agree that Ellie Diamond also doesn't deserve to be here. My current favorite is Bimini, and I hope she wins. I wouldn't mind Lawrence winning either, but her rage in last night's episode was a bit unnecessary imo, and it annoyed me a little.

My only real question is should we include contestants from foreign versions, or just the American version? I would love to be able to draft from Canada and the UK ones, but I understand not everyone had seen them

Canada & UK would be good, and I think more people watched them than Thailand & Netherlands versions. Or we can just include them all, including Boulet Brothers' Dragula.

I only just started Dragula, so selfishly I would like to leave that out. Maybe having a poll of who should be eligible before the draft starts would make it easier to decide.

Dragula is so fun! I haven't watched the first season because it wasn't available on Netflix, but Seasons 2&3 are really fun to watch.

Denali is truly invisible to Ru. It's officially official.
I have to believe they gave Eliott a gentle edit on the judging, because that outfit was TERRIBLE. So glad to see her go. I'm now convinced Ru saved Kandy when she realized she couldn't have Kandy leave before Eliott.
