FWIW, I think Carini needs to go after Jortles. Teddy is a potential third. Potent still is as well, though as I mentioned earlier today, he has made *enough* moves counter to helping the Mafia team that I’m skeptical he’s part of their cohort. And then like...who fucking knows about Manders?
Yeah, idk. On a surface level, the two whacks so far point to Manders above anyone else, in my eyes. And now there's this disappearing act, when he was so active and noisy on D1. Potent made some remark that Manders, or anyone else, would never play that way as Mafia, which struck me as odd. I somewhat doubt all three Mafia were lying low and not even one was trying to steer discussion. But really, who knows.

Huh--did Potent say that too? I recall specifically that Jortles said something about that, re: "The Mafia chat thread would be insane with you [Manders] in it..." given as reason as to why he wasn't suspicious of Manders. So Jortles & Potent BOTH pointed to that notion?

I don't have a distinctly Town Read on you....I just don't know whatttt to think of you thus far haha. Haven't played with you before, so am not familiar with your antics and strategies, how they usually coincide, etc.
Manders is definitely town. There is no way with the firebombing during D1R3 that a mafia person would do that.

I did say throughout D2 something felt off about Potent. Him being the first one to reply to my reveal earlier today admittedly put me a bit on ease re: my suspicions of him because I do imagine the Mafia Folk would need to confer "to fake or not to fake?" after a reveal, and his reply was so immediate. But he could've gone rogue. Or they could've already delineated a strategy for what they'd do if a D3 Reveal happened, and thus he was following script to that.
You're obviously the only one I trust 100% in here since you're the only confirmed townsperson to me that isn't now dead. So your leanings hold more merit than the others'.

So when I've played in the past, once we have a townie confirmed by a now-dead inspector, we generally let them take the lead during the late game. I have my suspicions about carini playing the shadow game, but I'm going to wait for Pablo before I cast an official vote.

Well, I've put my thoughts out there on previous days. As far as suspicion goes, it ranks (1) Teddy, (2) Carini, and (3) Manders for me. I'll initially vote in accordance with that but I'm certainly open to some other thoughts.

You said you'd explain yourself on D2 in D1, and you said the same thing about D3 in D2. Then you didn't pop in for a span that, including Night 3, stretched from 4 PM on Thursday until your post an hour ago. That's four days, plus seven hours.

Okay, let me start off with a question first because I looked back after your statement of being confirmed town but nothing came up.
How are you confirmed town? Honestly goes over my head. If this is obvious, yes I don't seem to see how this game works.
Secondly, here's my first long post which mostly feels like a rant.
Danbob getting whacked seems very off to me tbh. BTW... getting whacked doesn't mean you couldn't have been mafia right? It might make no sense to start off with one less mafia member, in D2 but it's a great misdirect.
It's a game, could've been a strategy. Everything Danbob did seemed fishy to me and with my "crazy" way of getting some action in round one that might've been the reason he got whacked. I still don't get it why he didn't follow what I asked.
The guy was afraid he might have killed a townie but with doing nothing, the same person would still be killed off. Only thing I was asking for backup to see if people would start switching to protect.
I don't play this game by stating that I'm town. That's exactly what mafia would say and it comes across very suspicious. I might've mentioned it somewhere, but I don't make a BIG deal about it.
I lied in the past during this game to throw people off, especially getting mafia confused of what to do with me. YES I protect myself to stay in the game. Town is here to survive. As soon as you overshare and people follow your judgement, you get whacked or targeted. YOU DON"T WANT TO BE ON MAFIA'S RADAR.
I don't trust anyone in this game and it's very silly to do so. So why make yourself suspicious trying to convince everyone you're town. Why overshare if you can be either mafia trying to misdirect or town being honest.
Only the inspector can help point and confirm. But I have seemed to miss ANYTHING involved with what the inspector did this game.
If you go back you can also clearly read that I said "No need to clarify. Let others figure it out for themselves."
In my opinion mafia wants people to share to make others feel suspicious so town would kill off town.
You keep on stating thru this whole game that I don't know how to play. You're trying to make me seem "safe" by saying I can't play the game so I'm definitely town and I feel mafia is only keeping me around for that reason.
No one followed me when I tried to pull something D1. No one tried killing me on D2. Everyone switched off of me on D3.
Town helping Town only works if you actually know who Town is. As soon as mafia pretends to be town (WHICH IS HOW THE GAME WORKS) you starting pointing fingers to the wrong people.
Everyone (okay maybe not everyone) is making assumptions based on 1 or 2 previous posts.
I don't make assumptions. This is mostly a game of misdirect.
People who get upset about not playing by their terms and making the other person seem suspicious is a mafia move. Not a town move.

It doesn't make any sense for Mafia to whack one of their own on Night 1. This is so fundamental, I don't even know if I can articulate it, but: there are only three of them, killing one of their own who has no heat on them that early on the game has no benefit whatsoever. They win the game by offing Townies until they outnumber us. They don't win by killing themselves when there's no benefit to it.
Rummy was Inspector and guessed my name on Night 2. That means she thought I was Mafia, but the ref informed her I am actually Town. On Day 3, Rummy came out as Inspector and told the Town that she can confirm that Jaz (who was whacked on Night 2 unfortunately) and myself are Town.
Now, Inspector reveals are sometimes fakes, meaning a Mafia member is pretending to be Inspector. That is possible. That could mean I'm Mafia. But, if Rummy was lying, she would have to be Mafia, too. Essentially, if I'm Mafia, so is she, so if you're suspect of me, your suspect list should include her. It wouldn't make any sense for Mafia to be Potent/Danbob/Pablo. It would have to be Rummy/Pablo/???. It's not, but if you think I'm Mafia, it would have to be.

I don't believe she's inspector. It's an easy misdirect stating something based on past actions. Pointing fingers toward a person and have mafia backup if needed when town doesn't follow. So My top 3 remains (switching Dan for Rummy) with my eyes on PABLO (alive) / POTENT (alive) / RUMMY (dead)
I still think my strategy is working but at this point it's probably too late. I can only hope for Teddy, Carini to support me.
Absolutely will not vote for either. My vote is Pablo or Potent. Will follow Teddy or Carini and I can only hope they vote for the same person.
