I feel like all three of us might sorta be playing chicken rn and not wanting to be the first to come out and make a move. But the longer we wait, the more likely it is that the remaining mafioso can steer the narrative right near the end of this all, and that's how town will end up losing.

I came into D5 pretty sure I'd vote rooloo if he was still alive because as D4 concluded I was most suspicious of him & DanBob, pretty confident one of the two was Mafia.
But I know that I voiced that quite clearly--and maybe too clearly, now that I think about it. If Mafia knew, by way of my own explicit admission, that I was more likely to vote Rooloo than Theo if left standing with the two of them, did they leave me alive for that reason?
If Rooloo is #3 and they opted to keep me alive, that seems an unnecessarily risky move D5 when Mafia is one move away from clinching the win. If I were mafia rn and trying to hedge bets on coming out with the win, I'd keep a townie that I thought was bound to vote for the other one. Which makes me feel like actually, it might be Theo. But fuck it could go either way at this point

I never viewed either of you to be mafia from the start, and looking through voting history I don't see any obvious trends. Theo and I were both kind of all over the place while Rummy was a bit quieter but not really quiet or absent. Looking at our D4 votes alone, I lean towards Rummy being mafia because she voted for Danbob instead of me. If I were mafia I'd really like to have the two rookies on D5 because we may be viewed as more easy to manipulate/pit against one another. That's really all I've got right now. Theo I really cannot read. I feel like me and him have played this game fairly similarly, but that doesn't tell me anything re: if he is mafia or not.

Jortles was whacked after he voted for Rummy and said he's more suspicious of her and Danbob. He said he gets a stronger town read on me and Theo. Logically that would look like Rummy whacked him, but to me it points more towards Theo trying to misdirect. I think I've under estimated Theo for much of this game. I will need to sleep on it and I'll vote in the morning.

Fair for you to be leaning towards me—we are all gonna have to go with our best bet here and see how it turns out. But can I ask why my voting for Danbob over you is suspicious, when I wasn’t the deciding vote there? If I had voted you, it would’ve put it at 3-1 before Jortles had even placed his vote , and as I said then, I didn’t feel so wildly in favor of you being Mafia instead of DB to warrant such a move

I'm pretty much 50/50 on who the mafia could be. Every single piece of logic coming into my head can be argued against simply by saying it was a misdirect to make someone look more suspicious than they are.

All the way back in D1, me and Rooloo were both given revotes on the 3 person runoff. I moved to Jaz, Rooloo moved to LD. Currently I am of the opinion that NBF and LD are mafia, and in this case it makes no sense whatsoever for Rooloo to be mafia with them, because he could have just put Teddy in the runoff instead of his mafia partner.
Based on gut, how Jaz and Rummy voted D1, and the N4 whack, I'm feeling that Rummy is mafia. She has been fairly quiet and agreeable throughout this whole game without stirring any pots or proposing big ideas. In a mafia scheme where the first two go out loudly and chaotically, I feel like the perfect #3 would be quiet, friendly, and calculated to not raise any suspicion whatsoever. For now,

Yep and this is why I’ve switched my thinking a bit on feeling like you’re the 3rd—I think last night’s whack *does* seem to point to me, and I know that that’s a misdirect. It’d be a more successful misdirect from Theo than from you, since D4 I was pretty vocal about thinking you were the 3rd if DB isn’t. So I’m having trouble believing you’d risk keeping me around for the final day. But it makes sense Theo would.

Yeah I'm trying to not put too much thought into the whack because Jortles was running the show D4 and there was no way he was coming out of that alive without being mafia imo. I was ready to make this point and I felt like NBF had tricked me into believing her so I'd back up Jortles since she 'cleared' both of us. But obviously he was town so I don't know what to think.
But looking back over the span of the game, rooloo still seems the more likely contender compared to Theo. Keeping me around for D5 could be a calculated risk in hopes that I’d start second guessing myself...as I currently am. Bleh idkkkk

Right now I'm believing NBF. It seemed really odd that she asked me instead of Danbob. I was really expecting either Jortles or Danbob to be mafia because of affiliation with NBF, but neither of them were and I know that I'm not either. So that leaves NBF with two proven (to me) town confirmations and there was no weird foul play between her and Danbob (God rest his sweet soul). So why if you're faking inspector do you confirm 2 real townies? And not asking Danbob to me shows that NBF was really trying to help out town by acting on gut and asking who she believed to be mafia in that moment instead of what would look better on paper down the road. This is hard evidence to me, but neither of you have this evidence because you aren't certain that I'm town, but I am, and I don't see how NBF could be faking
The most troubling part to me for Jaz being mafia is why in the world would Kanye switch from LD to Jaz? Of course if they really wanted to cause chaos I get it, but it was totally unnecessary

Hey I'm back and trying to do a final scouring here...obviously seeing that both of y'all's votes are on me and knowing that'll throw the game to the Mafia, I want to try and show you the light somehow here but I also know that pushing too hard will just make me look like mafia after all. And I understand D5 feeling the need to just go with your gut, and I can't tell either of you what you should feel of course

I'm a little thrown off by the fact that Theo hopped on the same vote as me so quickly. Mafia would just be looking to take out either of the other two whereas town needs to be calculated

I was just going through the scenario if it was Jaz/Kanye/Rooloo, which I don't believe. I believe it's LD and NBF.
