What's confusing me is why the fuck is Jortles already in the group? If you think it's an honest mistake, then the three is Rooloo/Jortles/me. If it's meant to frame me, Jortles might be in on it and he's already in the group, making it Rooloo/Jortles/???.
You can add someone to a group without them needing to accept an invite.

I quoted it immediately because I was afraid he was going to notice is mistake and delete it, hoping that no one saw.

It is indeed. Rules get broken though, especially if you just revealed all your teammates in one shot.

It's also good to note the switches that happened before Rooloo did the thing.
I went to Rooloo, taking Jortles out of the runoff and Rooloo into it. Rooloo went to Jortles, taking Kanye out of the runoff and Jortles into it. Jaz went to Kanye, taking Dan out of the runoff and Kanye into it. Kanye went to Rooloo, putting Dan on 1, leaving Jortles with a revote.

That's completely fair, I'm only as certain as I am because I'm the one implicated and I know it's false lol

If it's a frame, stuff didn't even really have to happen. He was going to be in the runoff and maybe just wanted an out and it also, if it frames both of you, buys mafia maybe one day. Those are good odds regardless of outside things.
However if it is indeed a fuck up, this post also reads like you're trying to get us away from you and to lead some random tail
Why vote for someone off the bat if you know you will be changing?
I'm the originator of the "no initial day one vote" theory. My thought is that the first round of votes that are made on D1 are the purest knowledge we have, because it's when a townie looks at their role and makes a choice based on absolutely nothing related to their opinions of the game. When it shakes out and we have a normal four way, that means that there are four people who haven't received votes. We know that in any random group of four, the number of mafia is something like 1.33 statistically. The theory and rudimentary research I've done shows that this is at least the number for those four not receiving votes. So it's not random, and I know I'm going to put my vote on someone who's in that group eventually. But I have to cast a vote for it to work.
I am a little creeped out that a few people have jumped on this theory with me in the last few games, specifically in this game Silver Surfer, going as far to advocate for himself in the runoff.
Kind of got lost in the shuffle due to my nap but this shows the perfect way for mafia to exploit your "no votes on" gameplan.
Vote for each other off the bat and with the world knowing you are going to move it provides cover for both and keeps you off the no votes list. Works even better if you aren't in the last 4.
I'm not against the theory but I think you should vary how you act on it.
Ok, inspector, PLEASE look at me tonight and confirm I'm town. If an inspector comes out tomorrow and calls me mafia, we'd have at least 2, maybe 3 mafia confirmed either way. This is the best way to help the town get the most info possible. A D2 inspector reveal would hopefully keep them alive until D3, because the doctor can protect them.
if you were already suspicious of jortles, why would you direct inspector to you?
