Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
How it works is this: - Each participant picks bands/artists in a draft. The exact number of picks will be determined by the number of participants.
- Players will construct Spotify playlists featuring the discography of the band/artist they drafted. Though however, any solo works by members of a band are ineligible if you pick the band itself. (If you have Radiohead, you can't play solo EOB or Thom Yorke. Nor can EOB or Yorke be drafted by you or anyone else.)
- Two players will go against each other playing songs from their band/artist. There will be judging to pick the song they feel is best between the two. This shall continue until one player reaches the required number of wins for the round, and win by at least two.
- Songs used in a round can NOT be repeated in the following round, except for the final round.
- Required number of wins per round: Round of 16 and earlier: 5 Round of 8 and Semifinals: 7 Finals: 10
- Battles will take place in the Inforoo JQBX room.
In this edition of Battles, it's the women's tournament. The draft will be composed entirely of female artists or bands featuring lead female vocals.

If you draft a lady do you get anything she was the lead on? For example I think if you take Gwen Stefani you should get solo Gwen and No Doubt but it should probably be decided one way or the other before we draft.

I dont think so. Think Gwen and No Doubt would be separately available

I was thinking about that with Beth Gibbons. Mainly because Portishead doesn't have that many songs. It's up to the group to decide if we will allow that.

I was thinking Liz Fraser but wanted to name someone I didn’t actually care about instead
We're still figuring out who all is doing it. Then we'll decide how many picks we get. Then we'll randomize the order for the draft. After that we'll work on the seeding for the brackets.
Yes. Just like NothingButFlowers, I need some intel aswell cause it sounds interesting but idk how it works so.
Imagine playing jqbx songs back and forth with someone while a crowd chooses which song they like more. You only get to use songs made by your artist. The first person to win 5 rounds wins the matchup.

Another important thing is you can’t use the same song in consecutive rounds until the final where you can use anything. So larger discographies are definitely important.
