Comment on Jortles' schedule idea: I dont think people really care how long your sets are and that there is so much more value to getting certain sets for longer sets. They just care about the acts.
I am 100% for the set schedule, and that is coming from someone who had 6 sets longer than 2.5 hours on my infinity schedule

I’m against the schedule template. What made Bonnaroo of old special was the “anything goes” approach to scheduling. I think it’d be good to reflect that if the team wanted.
