My team was one of the teams getting ready to draft her, though we did not research her dates. She does only have 2 tour dates in the time but she did also come out with a new album. I can be convinced to vote either way here but I'm leaning towards her being eligible to perform for Bonnaroo 2021.
But does this mean that if majority votes "yes, she's eligible," then whichever team is up next in the current draft can snag her? Bc that wouldn't be fair IMO
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

they dropped the pick. Whenever an act has been challenged and the person drops it on their own, that act has always been available to repick.
But a poll shouldn’t be done on a dropped act. It would be done if someone chose to repick her.
We have cases before (in earlier games) when someone wasn't sure if an act is eligible or not, they asked in advance to see what the majority thinks. Everyone has a right to ask about the eligibility of any act whether it has been picked/dropped/not picked, and that's the case here.

There's a long paragraph describing what "active" means and literally nothing about how to interpret "potentially active." At its broadest, that could literally mean anyone living. Juggs was joking about Burial, but he's only played one less real show in the time period. If someone like Fiona is eligible, the rules need clearer guidelines. As it currently stands, there are more plausible active artists than Fiona that would be excluded because they haven't played a US date in the range, which is nuts to me. An ineligible artist could have played 100 shows in Europe since 2016, but Fiona is allowed because of some wishy washy interview statements?

"Potentially eligible" is, in practice, essentially a tool for people with forceful personalities to draft ineligible things, while others just drop an act if it doesn't meet eligibility requirements.
