The most embarrassing thing is that it clearly was never something that should be drafted and it happened every single time.
the reason it was drafted is bc coachella billed it as its own thing whatever year they had it. and it has been it's own thing in other capacities (something about a "show" in brooklyn or something?) So it was always treated as a draftable act whether you had the involved acts or not. This whole "it's a soundsystem" argument has been had before, and someone somewhere provided evidence to treat it as its own thing and that's what we've done ever since.
