If everyone else goes out and you still have the highest bid but are within two hours can you still take it back?
If someone ahead of you uses their Takeback, it actually does not matter for you whether you are within the two hour window. As the rules are written, you can use it in either case.

You win an act if the time (24 hours) expires and you haven't used your Takeback. If you use your Takeback, the next person is on the hook, even if they had passed later, like with Pepe.

Wow, I left early on Sunday too. Did they end up playing Grand Central? I thought that venue closed before then.
