But this is kind of a precedent that I want to set going forward. Doesn't just apply to Cap or this scenario. I was considering making it just an hour, though.

Yeah. So originally I was thinking if someone missed the 2 PM nomination time that the next person could go at 3 PM. So yeah let's make it one hour from now Rummy 500.
But that's it. It needs to be Cap or Rummy or a proxy for one of them. If neither is available at that point, we should just wait.
