I suppose I could allow people to swap out their acts in the pool after the first two rounds or something like that.. Or we could have another round of adds, like a smaller one, where everyone advances two instead of four. I've considered that at times.
what if, starting with round 3, every nomination requires a pool add? but you can't use the add for your nomination. makes planning more important
Pool's fixed. It's only necessary for the first two rounds. After that, it's all fair game. There will probably be a separate pool for free agency. I also like Julie's idea that everything undrafted from the pool is ineligible in free agency.
oh so after round two I can choose anything even if it’s not in the pool?
There are so many more musicians that suck more than Cole and he has a fair amount of good songs, but he's not exactly a dude I'd ever like to be stuck in a one on one conversation with
I Wanna Rock And Roll all night was my shit when I was like 5. Also saw them once and their production was kinda cool. Idk I don't hate them that much but get why people do.
TKOL remix album was what got me into Radiohead during my first year of college cause it had Four Tet, Caribou, SBTRKT, Objekt, Blawan, Jacques Greene, Jamie xx. I never really listened to Radiohead like that, only electronic music.
I discovered them because Jamie xx remixed them lmao but it wasn't when the remix album came out but years later.
It's not an issue right now, but when we have more picks at once it will come up:
Slack spent 46 on NMH and currently has 61 on Massive Attack and 42 on Darkside, so he has 149 committed. He also needs to allocate at least one dollar for each of his thirty drafted acts.
So,
300-46-61-42=151
151-26(27 remaining acts minus 1 for the act he would be bidding on is 26)=125.
As an admitted Radiohead hater, if I were to listen to every album while carting around people on Uber for the next few days, should I do it in chronological order? I've never listened to most of the older albums in full
If you use Spotify
Can't argue with this since you went 35 songs deep. We should have a contest on who can make the best 20-25 song Radiohead playlist.
