If it's >24 hours and if he already said pass, auctions should be finalized in my opinion.

Gorillaz have less good albums but I’ll give it to em Blur is near impossible to catch. No word if they’ll ever tour again outside the UK and if they do, they’ll only do NYC and CA.

If everyone has passed, even if the Auction isn't finalized, the leading bidder will know that they will win the bid and how much they are going to pay for the act.
