I'll be honest--I got rly frustrated working on it yesterday :/ should've given it a deeper look conflict-wise but gave up.
Any quick suggestions on things I should look at switching before the voting starts and it is too late?
Might be a lot of work for you but I think you have the opportunity to add a third stage, add longer transition times between sets, and place slots during transition times. You can avoid a lot of conflicts like that.

I guess my hope approach-wise was to just have back to back lots of great music no filler, and the two stages within close enough walking distance that splitting some sets is plenty feasible...but with only 30 mins in between sets, I understand that provides a frustration formatting wise. :/

he has to start headlining real fests before he headlines our fantasy ones
tbf I’m not sure he played any or was scheduled Same way Drake hasn’t headlined any fests in like 5 years. He might be too expensive for what fests think he would draw but I think it would be a great get for Roo.
