It's the spooky season and we are feeling nostalgic so any artist that is deceased as of the first pick of the draft is eligible.
guess it depends how you read this rule, I feel confident if you poll it.
Since I know the rule and it's been well discussed, it pertains to individual artists, not acts. Hence:
*An act is considered inactive if they have played no live shows and/or released no new music after 12/31/09. In addition they cannot have newly recorded music pending release and nor upcoming shows scheduled.
