Prop 6: Add an extra round (round 21) for artist who had never played live before. Artists are deemed eligible for this round if they have released at least one studio album under their name and have never played a live show before. This round will have a different draft order determined by RNG.

An update on where we are with the props. IMO, we still need the three four abstentions (tЯist♡n, Jake Jortles, KPO & Larry Farnsworth) to vote in favor Prop Two for the others to technically be in play. I get that it's a silly thing to fixate on but humor me. Three and Four have enough votes to pass if Two is adopted.
Proposal Five: An act that has released music or toured in the 2010s is eligible if an essential member of the band has died. Essential must mean a member so vital to the group that it is seen as extremely unlikely that the group will ever perform or release new music (without the deceased member) again or if the band has stated that they won’t perform again without the deceased member. Any disputes will be handled via poll or the agreement to drop the act from whoever picked the act. Examples of essential members: Neil Peart, MCA, the Allman Brothers.
