Fame Kills has been selected but its eligibility is in dispute.
Applicable rule:
Artists or acts are deemed eligible for this round if they have released at least one studio album under their name and have never played a live show before.
At dispute is whether Fame Kills have released at least one studio album under this name.
BTW, this dispute is not over the band Fame Kills who released an album called Dream in 2019 but over a collaborative project of Kanye West & Lady Gaga.

im not gonna act like it falls within the stated rule, but obviously voting yes on principle, because this is the exact type of act that should have been made available in this type of round within this niche of a game.

You can have it for the Zygote Of An Idea Draft.
again, within a live context, it makes a lot more sense then some of the other stuff drafted in these bonus rounds.
according to the rules its just artists with albums that didnt play live. that definition you just gave could apply to Fame Kills.
what songs did kanye and gaga sing together on?
none, hence why again, im not acting like it falls within the stated rules. but as i said, within a live context, which is what this games all about as we're building festivals, I think Fame Kills being eligible makes a ton more sense than acts that never had any intention of touring or really playing live, but have officially recorded music.
i just think the rules of this game / round were silly. its that simple.
