not every card has belts down the line irl, so we need to draft individual titles, and like idk that there are enough titles that matter so we won't each have a different federations world title.
which yeah idk that someone needs to be forced to draft the japan b league title because that's all that's left, more that they have at least one title (tag/lower ranking) in place of the mains that others may draft

I think since it’s WM then it should be the main belts for the required matches (WHC / WWE, IC / US, Tag Team, Women’s) but if you want to draft additional belts then that’s cool.

Each person must draft one specific belt, be that Big Gold or the Smoking Skull, or the Winged Eagle, AEW championship, etc. That means 9 belts have to be taken before the end of the draft. As far as the other 3 required title matches, they can just be generic, but you can also snag specific belts in FA if you'd like.
