I mean I don’t think it meets the ‘extended period of time’ for a team like written in the rules but I think the fact that they held the belts legitimatizes it. If you hold the tag team titles you’re a real tag team

Eligibility: WRESTLERS: any wrestler with at least 3 matches listed on www.profightdb.com/ is eligible to be booked in a match. One they have been taken, no alter egos may be drafted (Mick Foley being taken means Mankind is ineligible).
TAG TEAMS: Any tag team drafted must have been actively booked as a tag team for a decent amount of time. If they had an official name, they are eligible. If they only teamed up on Raw a time or two, they are ineligible.
Six times. Twice in 97. Once in 99. Three times in 06.

Yeah I know but I think it's relevant, and it says one or two for a tag team is ineligible in the rules, also, not six.
Seems weird that a guy who only fought in three matches would be definitively eligible, but a tag team, which is rarer, fighting together six times is a stretch.
