i'm taking pictures of TTU's women's team playing UT tonight. gonna be nice to see a competent TTU basketball team play.
men’s team no good this year? that’s unfortunate because y’all bring the energy when good.
they have flashes of being a good team but they're just inconsistent. this is gonna be a strange statement but, they can compete, they just can't win. can't shoot free throws, defense is inconsistent, and when games come down to the line, mark adams can't make a final play to save his life.

They're shouting out my grandfather on the Texas A&M-Kentucky game ESPN broadcast today. He was the founding CEO of Rupp Arena, where the Cats play, and ran the show in Lexington for over twenty years. He even told Don King to go fuck off somewhere due to insane demands King made when he was managing Michael Jackson's tour. Unfortunately, gramps will probably be passing on soon, so ESPN very generously offered to do an acknowledgement.
My grandfather ran some big venues, arenas, back in the day. One time ELO was playing a place he managed. He had heard that there were going to be undercover cops at the show looking for people smoking weed, so he told the band and their crew "don't smoke, and if you do, do it on the tour bus or something. Be discrete."
The tour manager didn't listen and got pinched for smoking in the loading area. Later, my grandpa had to go bail this guy out. The tour manager sees him show up to the jail and says "shit man, what'd they get you for?"

I was watching the Kansas State vs Iowa State game and they advertised the Uconn vs Tenn womens bball matchup. The color commentator said "No love lost between Geno and Pat Summit" wtf??
