This morning's Bracketology had Tech last in the Next Four Out column. They may be looking at a situation where they need the automatic bid for winning the Big XII tourney.
i genuinely do not see this team making the tournament. if we do we'll end up getting embarrassed in the first round by like, Tarleton State or some shit
My exact experience with Clemson this year. Still think we should be in the tournament.
Beating UVA last night sure would have helped. Notre Dame sucks. Beating them does nothing for yall. Not sure what the ACC tourney field looks like but UNC vs Clemson could functionally be a play-in game if it happens early enough in the weekend.

I think we’re going to finish 4th and get the double bye. Not sure who that will put us against. I feel like 22 wins and 14 conference wins and top 4 in your conference should get anyone in.

it's been a rough season for UNC fans lol. to be fair, in recent years i haven't paid much attention to regular season anyway, but i've especially not done so this year as any time i have tuned in, it was to disappointment. probably going to match the infamous end-of-season duke/unc matchup on saturday but not with high hopes.

Anyone else think conference tournaments are dumb? The ncaa tournament would be a lot more interesting if the best team from each conference got in. Frustrating to thinking that my VCU Rams will miss the tourney if we don’t win this conference tourney at 24-7 outright A10 champs

Not really. Keeps all teams in the hunt until they lose an elimination game. If a team isn't good enough to establish an at-large resume and can't win their conference tournament, they probably weren't going to do very well in the NCAAs and the NIT should do just fine.
