Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I will say that more important than likes is that you cant edit or delete posts. Destroys the game if you do. Thats one all the new players should definitely follow.
YES, this is key.
And as Theo has demonstrated, you can always convey your “like” of a post by just writing out the word in reply.

Since Potent is reffing someone's gotta do the stats

Appreciate you, Theo.
Seeing Jortles' name up there quite a bit. Yes, once he had two votes on him, it makes sense people didn't stack him to three. But a solid number of folks avoided stacking him before I came in and did it. And once I pushed him to two, the stacking game commenced lol (Mardude pushed LD to two and Jortles pushed Theo to two right after my vote)

All three are in those first two groupings. Gonna be a quick one.

Yeah it's just that no one stacked until everyone stacked. Also note that a lot of those voters in the middle are newer players that I'm not expecting to stack from the start

Do you realize that I was the first vote of the game and you are considering every non-Jortles vote that followed the very first post of the game as "someone deciding not to stack on Jortles"?

Who are the new players again I'm forgetting?
I’m brand new. Currently trying to figure out the benefits/downsides to stacking votes.
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round

Just to clarify
Stack: to vote for someone that already has a vote.
The way we play out Day 1 is by purposefully forcing a (usually) 4way tie. Once the round plays out, the 3 people that weren't voting for one of the 4 in the runoff will revote and create a 3 way tie. Then down to a two way. And then we finally kill someone.
So once 4 people have been voted for on the first page, it can become noteworthy if someone decides to vote for a 5th person instead of choosing to send one of the first 4 people that were voted for into that runoff. Potentially they don't like the idea of that grouping of four going forward into the runoff for one reason or another.

A little defensive eh?
I'm allowed to call out something that is pretty obviously stupid.

Throwing out the s-word to me already? OK simmer down now compadre.
I literally wrote in my post that I recognize it doesn't mean much, but I was making the observation anyway--just as the "and then Silver wound up with only one vote" observation likely isn't anything worth coming back to, say, deep into D2 when we've got tons more to work with/from, but you know as well as I do that D1R1 isn't like there's much to work with. So I was mentioning one thing I noticed, along with the note that it prob is unimportant.
